1. No insurance policy or coverage of any kind is provided in connection with this rental.
2. All equipment rented from Dryland Aquatics, INC remains the property of the firm and must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
3. Renter must pay for loss or damage to all equipment rented (up to $500.00 for each item lost or damaged). Renter must pay for the theft or loss of any equipment while in his/her possession. Including (Tubes, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddles, and Lifejackets provided by Dryland Aquatics, INC)
4 Guests shall be liable for all damages made to any facility including the school house, northside bunkhouse, southside bunkhouse, shower building or RV/Camp sites. Guest must pay for any and all cost of repair or replacement of such damaged items or property. Guest will be responsible for a minimum $300 fee for damages or messes made to said buildings.
5. Dryland Aquatics, INC assumes that the renter knows the danger of the water and that he/she operates any and all equipment to negotiate such dangers.
6. In renting equipment and camping, the renter assumes all risks and responsibility for damages, loss or injury, whether to persons or property, for the renter's possession and use of the rented equipment. Renters further agrees to indemnify Dryland Aquatics, INC and hold them harmless from any loss, expense, damages, claims, action or cause of action arising directly or indirectly from the rental of said equipment, camping and property. Renter agrees Dryland Aquatics, INC and employees shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages and/or suits for or by reason of any injury, injuries, or death to any person or persons or property of any kind whatsoever.
7. Dryland Aquatics, INC is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property while on Dryland Aquatics, INC's property or shuttle services.
8. Dryland Aquatics, INC assumes no responsibility for equipment that is privately owned while providing shuttle service. Including transportation of people, equipment and property. Private passengers indemnify Dryland Aquatics, INC and hold them harmless from any loss, expense, damages, claims, action or cause of action arising directly or indirectly from the shuttle service of said equipment and property. Private passengers agree Dryland Aquatics, INC and employees shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages and/or suits for or by reason of any injury, injuries, or death to any person or persons or property of any kind whatsoever

7 days prior to your reservation date you may no longer cancel equipment and will have to pay for what you reserved when you check in. This is only for reservation kept but not all your party shows up.
All reservations can be rebooked for that season providing availability.
